2. Personal data we collect
In the context of using our portal, we may collect the following personal data: full name, email address and the content of messages sent through the contact form.

We do not collect financial, banking or any sensitive data. Our portal is exclusively educational and informational.

Browsing data collected through analytics cookies is retained for a maximum period of 26 months, in accordance with practices recommended by the CNPD (Portuguese Data Protection Authority).
Once the retention period has expired, data is securely and irreversibly deleted.

Under the GDPR and applicable national legislation, you have the right to: access your personal data and obtain a copy thereof; request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; request the erasure of your data (right to be forgotten); restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances; object to processing based on legitimate interest; request data portability to another controller.
